The Centre has recently gained a 5 Star rating from Allerdale Borough Council in the national “scores on the doors” hygiene ratings for food businesses.

Head Chef Gareth Speight said ‘we are delighted to have our high standards recognised. We have recently undergone a major refurbishment of our kitchen and have put a lot time into implementing our management procedures and practices’.
