FINANCIAL FUNDING FOR YOUTH COURSES AT GLARAMARA IN 2010
The Youth Opportunity Fund (YOF) gives young people aged 13-19, living in Cumbria, the power to decide how you spend funding on your behalf so that you can start your own projects to improve the activities available to you in your local area and help other young people in your community. What kind of project the young people come up with is up to you. You must be supported by host organisations (statutory and voluntary youth organisations)
You can apply to the Youth Opportunity Fund to undertake an event at Glaramara incorporating one or more of the following:
- school holiday activities
- residential events including weekend activities
- outdoor education
- accredited awards and certificated programmes
Please see the activities and skills course sections for further information on what is available at Glaramara.
Applicants should contact kath.calvert@cumbriacc.gov.uk 01768 242071 or leeanne.gilpin@cumbriacc.gov.uk; Tel 01768 812050 regarding funding. Your contact at Glaramara is our Activities Manager, Graham Derbyshire; info@glaramara.co.uk or 017687 77222
